Weekly Challenge – Double Bumper Pinch for Time
This weeks challenge is to see how long you can hold/pinch a bumper plate in each hand. You can choose either 45,35,25,15 lbs. The goal is try it out sometime this week either before/after class, or during the strength work, and record your time on the whiteboard.
