CrossFit 316 is Now Open at Our New Location in West Wichita
We are very excited to announce that we are officially moved into our new location at 443 N Maize Rd! It’s near Central and Maize across the street from Buffalo Park in the old Quality Solutions building that has a blue roof. We have about 4x the room we had before which should make everyone happy – not to mention air conditioning 🙂  There’s more toys arriving this Thursday as well. Here’s a quick video I shot of the new space – it ain’t 100% done but definitely ready for some workouts. See everyone at the new space…
