Are you signed up for the open? If you don’t know what it is, you can watch this short video explanation. In a nutshell there will be 1 workout per week, for 5 weeks, that gets released Thurs night and you have until Mon night to complete it. You’ll submit your score online and you can compare yourself to thousands of people around the world, in your region, age group, etc. Every Friday the class workout will be that week’s open workout so you’ll be doing them anyway. If you sign up I promise you’ll push just a bit harder to see how you compare.
