Open Gym & Upcoming Masters World Cup Weightlifting Championships

There will be no coaches tomorrow during the Saturday classes as all the coaches will be at the MidWest Gridfest Competition. We will have open gym though so feel free to come and get your workout in. That means no Oly class either.

Speaking of Olympic lifting, Jen and Jenny will be competing in the Master’s World Cup this coming Tues and Wed in Dallas. There’s also a live webcast of the event which is pretty cool. You have to register to watch but it doesn’t cost anything. You can see the schedule and start list here. Jen’s session will take place Tues 8/11 at 3:30 on the Blue Platform. Jenny will be Wed 8/12 at 8:30am on the Blue Platform.
