As the year comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on the incredible group of people we have at the gym. This past month has been a whirlwind, and I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for everyone who has made it special.

Christmas Party Celebration
First, to everyone who attended our Christmas party—thank you! It was an absolute blast celebrating with all of you. From the laughter to the camaraderie, it was a perfect reminder of the things that make our gym more than just a place to work out.

Supporting the Wichita Children’s Home
A huge thank you to everyone who donated to the Wichita Children’s Home toy drive. Your generosity was heartwarming, and the children’s home was overwhelmed with gratitude for our contributions. Your collective donations will bring joy to children in need this holiday season and that should make you smile.

Helping Hands During the Big Move
Last but certainly not least, we need to extend the biggest thank you to everyone who helped us move to our new location (4078 N Hoover Ct, Suite 400). Whether you carried/installed equipment, cleaned, or organized, we couldn’t have done it without you. Moving a gym is no small feat, and your willingness to pitch in—voluntarily and with such enthusiasm—means the world to us. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you who gave your time and energy to make this transition possible. It’s another reminder of how incredible this gym community truly is.

Looking Ahead
As we settle into our new space and prepare for the new year, we’re excited for all that’s to come. None of this would be possible without you, and we’re so thankful for your continued support and dedication. Here’s to making 2025 a great year, together.

**Barbell weight should be 95/65 or lighter. Try to do the 6 Deadlift down to the 3 Push Press unbroken each round

Thur – Open Gym from 4-6:30pm

Push Jerk/Press – 5×5 (Add 5# to last week’s weight)

Strict Pull-up – 5×5 (weighted if able – hold a DB between your feet or use the dip belt)
