We’ve got the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge starting Friday night. That’s a 4mile run every 4 hours for 48 hours. Feel free to substitute 45min of exercise for the 4mile runs as needed. It starts Fri night at 10pm and the last leg is Sunday night at 6pm. Yes, it will suck, but that’s why you should do it! Anyone that joins us gets a t-shirt and a ticket to the Sunday champagne celebration after the finale on Sunday night 🙂
