2018 Open is Over… and Some Programming Changes

The open is over! Congrats to everyone that participated and especially those that helped judge for others. Looks like Dillon will move on to regionals while Snyder and Jaime will both qualify for the masters online qualifier. Impressive and inspiring work by those three – it’s really great to see their hard work payoff! Now back to the grind.

I’ve changed the programming a bit. Instead of the strength work updating once per month I’m going to program 3 weekly strength and extra conditioning workouts. I list them as strength on MWF and Xtra Conditioning for T/Th/Weekend BUT feel free to mix and match as desired. Each one should be completed before the workout of the day. In order to facilitate this I’ve put the strength work on a clock. If you stick to it you should have time to finish. You should at least finish the two main lifts and do the accessory work as time allows.
