w/ a partner complete the following:
Run 2 miles
100 KBS
75 Box Jumps
50 Dips
25 Turkish Getup
10 bar and/or ring Muscle Up (30 Pullups and 30 more dips)
You can break up the movements, including the run, however you want. But both partners can only be working at the same time if one is running. If you’re finished with your run, then only one person can do the movements at a time
