5 Hang Power Clean
4 Front Squats
3 Push Press

Rest 2min then repeat as 3 min AMRAP
Rest 1min then repeat as 2 min AMRAP

Keep in mind you can’t do a squat clean into the 1st front squat nor can you do a thruster into the 1st push press. Also, they must all be push presses and not push jerks.

Pick a timing strategy and stick with it. Don’t crash and burn…
