Quick thought for the day – If you want to change your body composition then you should work as hard out of the gym as you do in the gym. You don’t need anyone to tell you what you should be eating – garbage is garbage even if it’s paleo garbage. I’ve seen the best results from those that go No Sugar, No Grains, No Dairy. I understand that is extremely difficult for most people so start with something more manageable like No Sugar. Earn your treats by working hard all week.
And keep in mind that while food quality is important, quantity matters as well. Yes, almond butter isn’t bad for you but it’s calorically dense and if you smash the whole jar then you’re probably not going to see the kind of progress you were hoping for.
