Dxtra – Handstand pushup practice. Find your max strict reps using abmats to scale if needed. Then work on kipping hspu – try and bring your legs down as you lower your head down so you’re not resting on your head. Think of it as the difference of resetting your deadlift at the bottom vs doing touch and go reps.
