The Daily Extra
I know some of you are looking for additional work you can do on top of the regular classes, so starting tomorrow you’ll want to check out the Daily Extra. This will be posted with the WOD and will give you additional skill/conditioning work that will build on the strength and conditioning you are currently doing. The Daily Extra isn’t designed to crush you – it’s simply about adding some volume and/or working on movements we may not regularly do during the WODs.
Some of them will be things you like and some you will hate. Don’t cherry pick and only work on things you’re already good at. Break the suck triangle…
