“Death By” – Pull-ups and Shuttle Runs : 2 reps + 2 reps / 1 min
With a continously running clock perform:
2 Pull-ups and 2 Shuttle Runs, 10 m in the first 1 min
4 Pull-ups and 4 Shuttle Runs, 10 m in the second 1 min
6 Pull-ups and 6 Shuttle Runs, 10 m in the third 1 min

Continuing this for as long as you are able.
