Member Spotlight – Jen Sinclair

Occupation: Principal, Dean Ray Stucky Middle School in Wichita. I’ve been with Wichita public schools for 22 years and this is my 8th year as a middle school principal. I started as an English teacher at Heights.

Favorite WOD: I like Fight Gone Bad or the Filthy Fifty

Least favorite WOD:  Ugh. Anything with running.

Recent Accomplishments: I ran a full marathon in April of this year but I like crossfit so much more than running long distances. I prefer the variety, community and strength training to the grind of endless solo running required for marathon training. Recent crossfit accomplishments…. Every time I walk in that door!!

Next Goals: I really want to do unassisted pull-ups and eventually climb that rope!
