Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
Burpee Broad Jump, 10 m
14 Kettlebell Swings / 7 Handstand Push-ups

At one end of the 10m do the kettlebell swings and at the other end do the handstand pushups. If you can’t do HSPU then kick up into a handstand 3 times. If you can’t do that then do 7 strict presses. A set of Burpee broad jumps and one of those exercises counts as one round.
