Evolve Paleo Chef Meals Available

Evolve Paleo Chef has been packaging prepared Paleo meals for gyms in the Kansas City area and they’re now expanding into Wichita. I’m sure you’ve all heard me talk about eating Paleo so I’m not going to repeat the benefits here. If you have questions about what the Paleo diet is or why you should be eating that way then ask me at the gym and I’ll be happy to have that conversation.

Evolve has been kind enough to drop off a bunch sample meals at our gym for anyone that might be interested in trying their stuff. Their menu changes weekly and they will have a weekly drop off spot here in Wichita. They have a weekly meal plan or you can buy the entrees individually. If we have enough interest then I’m sure we can figure out a way to purchase what everyone wants as a group buy in order to get you the best price possible.

I tried their country breakfast and the prime rib and both were excellent. So if you’re interested, then stop in tonight and take home a meal. First come, first serve. If you’re not able to make it tonight but really want a sample then let me know and I’ll see what I can do…
