Each team of two will complete 3 rounds of the following movements alternating between partners for each movement

Run 400m

Burpee Broad Jump 30m

50 Double Unders (3:1 singles)

THEN you will rest and we will complete 3 rounds again but this time the teams will be handicapped by staggering their starts. For example, the team that finished last will start first and will get a head start. Each team’s start time for this round will be determined by their time in the previous round.

And just remember, everybody hates a sandbagger…
