With a partner complete the following (only one partner works at a time):
50 Box Jumps 24/20
50 Jumping Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell Swings 35/26 lbs
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees To Elbows
50 Push Press 45/35 lbs
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall Balls 20/14 lbs
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
Practice the back extension during your rest periods of the strength work. If another team is on the back extension then start the next exercise and come back to it. If there’s an odd-number then you can form a 3 person team and complete 75 reps or one individual can complete 25 of everything on their own 🙂
