4/8 – Death by Burpee & New Weekly Challenge
It’s Monday so there’s a new weekly challenge – max effort 500m Row. The goal is to complete the weekly challenge sometime during the week. Could be before/after class, during open gym or between heavy squats I suppose. If you already did it during the Grand Opening then that will count for this week…
Strength – DL/Squat/Press
Skill – Hang Power Snatch + OHS (hip, above knee, below knee) – This is for QUALITY so pick a weight you can easily move.
WOD – Death by Burpee
Minute 1 – 1 Burpee
Minute 2 – 2 Burpees
Minute 3 – 3 Burpees
…
Continue until you can’t finish the required number of burpees before the minute is up
